We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia and the standard delivery guidelines of this service apply. AD will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Shipping costs are as shown in cart.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. However, the majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
All stock is quality checked before shipping. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for faults and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there any issues.

Abyss Distribution stands behind the craftsmanship and quality of all Eastpak styles sold through our sales channels. In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer. You must notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
To return an item, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of the reason for return. We will then provide you with further instructions and a Return Authority number (RA#). No goods will be accepted without a valid RA#.
Goods must be returned within 21 days of receipt date – unworn and/or unused and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, within 7 days of us receiving the returned item. All shipping costs associated with the return of faulty goods are the responsibility of AD. We recommend sending returns via a service that has a track & trace function as we do not accept responsibility for any lost items.
EASTPAK 30 YEAR WARRANTY CLAIMS
Abyss Distribution function as an online re-seller for the brand and do not handle warranty requests outside of the aforementioned 7 day period for goods received with faults. Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refund.
Final Sale items are heavily discounted and cannot be returned or exchanged. An item purchased on Final Sale that is not the right size, colour or fit, is not eligible for return or exchange. All items reduced by 50% or more qualify as Final Sale unless explicitly marked as otherwise.
