Use of the website constitutes agreement with these terms and conditions. AD may, in its absolute discretion, modify or amend these terms and conditions from time to time and those modifications will become binding once displayed on the website.
AD is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website.
AD will attempt to keep the content of the website up to date at all times. However, AD does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of the content. Items promoted on the website are subject to availability and may change from time to time. By using the website, you acknowledge that colour accuracy on the website cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending on the resolution and screen type of your computer.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, AD shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
AD shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AD shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
We do not ship outside of Australia. AD cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address confirmation is given on the review page in the checkout section of the site, so please ensure the details are correct.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia and the standard delivery guidelines of this service apply. AD will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Shipping costs are as shown in cart.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. However, the majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
All stock is quality checked before shipping. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for faults and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be any issues.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Eastpak online Australia stands behind the craftsmanship and quality of all our products sold online. In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer. You must notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
To return an item, you must email us at email@example.com and inform us of the reason for return. We will then provide you with further instructions and a Return Authority number (RA#). No goods will be accepted without a valid RA#.
Goods must be returned within 21 days of receipt date – unworn and/or unused and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, within 7 days of us receiving the returned item. All shipping costs associated with the return of faulty goods are the responsibility of AD. We recommend sending returns via a service that has a track & trace function as we do not accept responsibility for any lost items.
EASTPAK 30 YEAR WARRANTY CLAIMS
Abyss Distribution function as an online re-seller for the brand and do not handle warranty requests outside of the aforementioned 7 day period for goods received with faults.
